Ballot Overview to highlight Labor Amendments and Amendment 46

The Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce will host a Ballot Initiative Overview session covering Amendment 46 and the Labor Amendments on Oct. 7 from 1:30-2:45 p.m. at the at the Hyatt Regency Convention Center in Denver.  The event is free, however, RSVPs are required.  Space is also limited.  Attendees can register online at www.cwcc.org.

The event will be emceed by Neal Westergaard, Denver Business Journal.  Speakers include Kaye Lyssy, CWCC Chair Elect; Todd Vitale, Vitale & Associates; Linda Meric, 9to5; and Patricia Barela Rivera.

Afterward, the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce will host a Senatorial Debate between Democrat Mark Udall and Republican Bob Schaffer from 3 to 4:30 p.m. with a reception starting at 4:30 p.m.

Ballot Initiative supporting sponsors include Women’sVision Foundation, NAWBO, Asian Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado.
