This session will assist participants with identifying common leadership challenges that organizations face during growth and change. Additionally, participants will learn how to develop internal leaders in preparation of these changes and leverage their own unique leadership traits to ensure continued success and growth of the business.

Dr. Christy Pearson is a Consultant for the Denver office of RHR International.  Her areas of expertise include consulting to CEOs and executive teams, individual assessments, delivering and managing programs, conflict resolution, leadership development, and evaluation of assessment programs for senior management teams. This range of experience, combined with her psychological proficiency and interpersonal abilities, enable Dr. Pearson to help individual executives and corporate teams accelerate their leadership capabilities and increase productivity. Industries she has served include banking, nuclear, professional services, healthcare and government.
