Mr. Douglas Fiore is known as a leading business technologist and a sensible leader of operational efforts.  Mr. Fiore’s expertise is in the development of pragmatic technology visions that support operational business goals. Mr. Fiore brings more than ten years of executive level management, and twenty years of technical and regulatory experience to Qortex.

Prior to co-founding Qortex, Mr. Fiore served as the Vice President of Information Systems for a $100 million, multi-national medical device firm. In this role, Mr. Fiore was responsible for developing
detailed regulatory and technology plans, coordinating IT resources, developing/managing vendor relationships, and educating executive management on the practical uses of technology to solve business
problems.
