  1. What is ethical versus unethical? How do you decide?
  2. What are the key factors involved in making an ethical decision?
  3. Are unethical decisions ever warranted?
  4. How do I develop a culture of corporate ethics in my workplace?

Bill Decker is a speaker and consultant. He deals with strategy, marketing and negotiation issues
for companies here in Denver and around the world. As a global business traveler, he has faced and resolved numerous ethical decisions.
