Malcolm Aylett - Mentoring Committee Member Malcolm has more than 30 years of corporate management experience with Avon Products, Gillette, Shaklee, Mary Kay and Excel Communications. Positions he has held include; General Manager of Avon Products, Japan{Based in Tokyo}, Strategic Planning Director and Regional General Manager for Asia with Gillette, V.P. of Sales and Marketing International for Mary Kay and Chief Operating Officer International for Excel Communications.
