 Malcolm Aylett - Mentoring Committee Member
Malcolm has more than 30 years of corporate management experience with Avon Products, Gillette, Shaklee, Mary Kay and Excel Communications. Positions he has held include; General Manager of Avon Products, Japan{Based in Tokyo}, Strategic Planning Director and Regional General Manager for Asia with Gillette, V.P. of Sales and Marketing International for Mary Kay and Chief Operating Officer International for Excel Communications. He was most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Colorado based Univera Life Sciences. Malcolm is multi-lingual, speaking Portuguese, Spanish and French. He has coached and mentored many executives over the years.
An avid hiker, golfer and wine collector Malcolm is currently a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones in Lakewood.

After graduating for the University of Wyoming, Nancy Chapple began her career as a junior partner with Allen Temporary Services, in Casper Wyoming.  Judy Taylor – Mentoring Committee Member
Judy Taylor, publishing consultant and speaker, is an award-winning journalist, former teacher and sportswriter. She is president and CEO of Leading Edge Advisers, a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies reach exceptional, high growth markets such as the women's consumer market.

Nancy Crego is the owner of AdWest. AdWest is locally owned and has built its foundation from living and working in Jefferson County and serving regional and national accounts. Gerry Frantz has been in the insurance and financial services industry since 1985 and has formed a unique practice through numerous avenues of service.
