Video Testimonials
"I have found many benefits with participating in the CWCC Leadership Collaborative program. It has helped me expand my network and get fresh, diverse perspectives on work issues from peer advisors in other industries. I feel very energized and empowered after each of our meetings. Also, I have made some amazing friendships in the process!" -Monica Coughlin, Director of Business Planning & IT Economic Development for the Governor’s Office of Information Technology
“I joined TLC in search of a Commuity of like-minded business women. As the owner of a small business, I wanted a safe place to share my highest dreams and my darkest fears. I found that safe-haven along with a support system that is invested in my success.” -Deb Siverson, CPCC, PCC, WBE | President
“The most important part of joining any membership organization is understanding that you must get involved in the programs that it offers. Paying your dues and standing on the sidelines doesn’t bring you connections OR business. The Leadership Collaborative is one of the many offerings that benefit the members of CWCC. Having the opportunity to work closely and bond with a group of your peers is an invaluable opportunity not offered by most of the other membership organizations that I have been part of. TLC is a safe place to share your fears and desires – most of the time, only to find out that you are not alone. A much more in depth approach than a leads group, TLC not only gives us the chance to grow, but the support to do it. I’m so excited to be starting my second year – and so far it looks even better than the first!” -Cindy Kent, A la Carte Gifts and Baskets
