PASSION AND PURPOSE ARE THE FUEL TO SUCCESS
Employee motivation and engagement is a challenging and crucial issue for leaders and managers. Motivated employees are likely to be highly creative, persistent and productive, leading to a better quality of work and a stronger team environment. On the other hand, chronically unmotivated employees are likely to spend little to no effort in their jobs. Motivation is literally the desire that drives us to action – the level varies by both person and circumstance, but can it be shifted? Increased? Connecting individuals to their passion and purpose allow for success to unfold, both personally and professionally.
IN THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL
