New YOUniverse is a Workplace Wellness & Retreat Company. We specialize in business, life, and wellness transformation for individuals, teams, and leaders across the globe. We are located at a scenic private ranch 25 minutes West of Denver and offer an unparalleled facility and unique experiences. Located outside of historic Golden, CO, a fantastic location for exploring the great outdoors, we can host customized excursions and activities for traveling teams.

Book us at our facility, various retreat locations (in/out of the US), or client locations/offices. Our offerings range from leadership planning retreats, team building, day-retreats, workshops, coaching/training, and a plethora of wellness offerings. We offer a large indoor space, outdoor workshops, horses, and experienced practitioners. Our equine coaching, learning, and healing solutions use the unique power of horses to help transcend goals and objectives. We’re a Native American/Latin, female-founded organization, our Founder spent 18 years in corporate leadership, training, and development. Our customized, holistic-based solutions address wellness goals ranging from burnout, mental health, leadership, energy, personal well-being, team synergy and more. We are a social enterprise, supporting 99 Hearts, our local charity partner.
