Women's Leadership Lab

As leaders, women - and women of color -
are struggling to get to the very top.

Less than 26% of CEOs are women and only 4% are held by women of color.
Support your talented emerging leaders with access to the
CWCC Leadership Lab Program.

We need more women in the highest levels of leadership.

  • Less than 26% of CEOs are women and only 4% are held by women of color

  • Only 10.4% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women

  • 2021 was the first time in history that two Black women were appointed CEO of Fortune 500 companies

  • In 2022, women made about 82 cents for every dollar earned by a white non-Hispanic man

  • Black women make 62 cents for every dollar earned

  • Native American women make 57 cents for every dollar earned by a white non-Hsipanic man

  • Latina women make 54 cents for every dollar a white man earns

  • At this rate, Latina women stand to lose $1.2 million dollars over the course of their careers, and Black women stand to lose $964,400

The CWCC is working to change these statistics
