Join the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce’s Women of Influence & Impact, a leadership program designed specifically to advance women in business. This program is designed to help emerging leaders to lead and influence in their community, grow their business, and build their tribe.
This program has three key components to it:
Curriculum: Gain key leadership skills that women need in order to advance from experts and industry leaders, such as: negotiation, board service, strategic alignment, and leading with authenticity and vulnerability.
Community: Participants will work with a nonprofit that serves women and execute on a project to give them a better understanding of what challenges low income women and women in poverty face.
Industry: Get a deeper understanding of industries and how they impact our economy and how women are impacted in industries such as healthcare, government, and male- dominated fields.
We are excited to have Virginia (Ginna) Santy, Ph.D. as our Program Facilitator for this cohort! Ginna is a thought leader in the area of women, work, and re-conceptualizing the relationship between data and design in support of women’s economic well-being. Her research on women and leadership in the workplace won her the Researcher of the Year Award—the top recognition in her field—from the Organization for Research on Women and Communication.
Our next cohort begins in October 2020. It will meet 1x/month from October – June, 8:30am – 4:30pm. We will start of virtually and meet in person as guidelines allow. Cost for the program is $2,000.
